The firm has clients ranging from individuals with simple taxation needs to corporate groups who require business advice in addition to their more complex taxation needs.
The firm deals with clients from a diverse range of industries including – medical specialists, trades people, banking, IT, importing, manufacturing and hospitality.
Our firm relies solely on word of mouth referrals as its primary marketing tool. We regularly complete Satisfaction Questionnaires with our clients and use the results to improve our business practices.
We pride ourselves in providing a friendly proactive service to our clients whilst maintaining a high level of legitimacy in our advice. We value working alongside our clients and providing the knowledge they need to improve their business operations.

Brett established Brett Whalley & Co in January 2005. Brett has more than 12 years experience in the accounting industry having worked in both the profession and commerce.
Brett holds a Certificate of Public Practice with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and is a Registered Tax Agent.
Brett specialises in tax and compliance, goods and services tax (GST), business advice and planning, business structures and forecasting & budgeting.
Jill joined Brett Whalley & Co in July 2006. Jill has extensive experience in bookkeeping and corporate compliance having worked in the industry for more than 10 years.
Jill has in-depth knowledge of MYOB, Xero and Banklink as well as other known accounting software packages.
Jill is responsible for the firms payroll services and is our Practice Manager.
